I think this is happening everywhere.

 

The Spanish government bought 4 tons of medical supplies in China. The plane had a stopover in Turkey. When it reached Spain, it was empty. The Turkish government took the medical supplies. There has been an official diplomatic complaint and the Turkish government gave a strange reply: "Don't worry, we need them now but we will return them in a few weeks." It sounds like they will be returning the masks and gloves and ventilators after they were used?

Just thinking. How much did it cost the US government per mask to divert a shipment to Thailand and then ship it back to the US? Sounds spendy.
