How about Galatians 6:11 ?

"See with what large letters I have written you with my own hand."

And then write

WELCOME

in as BIG a' letters as can fit across the paper. :D

Under normal circumstances we would work with them in the ministry. But now we can't do this the way we formally did. But why not ask the brother that get the breakout rooms together to let you work with the new one. And you can alone with a few more brother and sisters, invite the new ones to a zoom get to know each other. And share experiences that you have had. And everyone favorite how did you learn the truth. And talk another family into doing the same. And repeat this process until this new one or new family, know every one in the congregation on a personal level.

I once got to a new congregation far away from home.when i entered  the town i went straight to the Kingdom Hall and i was fortunate a meeting was ongoing.the first brother i met standing outside warmly told me "welcome home to your brothers".he may have sensed that i was new in town since i still had my luggage with me.ive always cherished that simple but profound welcome statement.i cant tell what part of the bible that came from but it was very reassuring and comforting.
