Why are we having all these Preaching Campaign Videos?
 

I don't know why we get them lately, but I love those videos very much! The feeling of joining in a special preaching campaign is so special!
Till now, I've joined two special campaigns, and the both were just amazing! The preaching, the hospitality of the local brothers and the feeling you actually help in a place where there is a great need, is just amazing. Especially when you normally serve in a thoroughly worked area.
So maybe the brothers just want us all to have an idea what efforts are still made to preach and teach and to convey that feeling.

They don’t know, but don’t you agree that it makes us happy to watch happy events that are promoting Jehovah’s name? It is encouraging. And we have to remember that the brotherhood is as active, or even more, in the preaching work now. Only in slightly different ways.

What does the future hold? A paradise. The road there? We don’t know much.

They have prepared us in some ways for what lies ahead. We are well equipped now to face persecution, disasters, you name it.

Well, I think they actually do know if they're preparing us for something

But I was talking about preparing our heart to go out even more in preaching (maybe after this pandemic.. Who knows).

They arent preparing us to just sit and wait till Armageddon. They don't know when that day comes.
But they DO know that they have to keep on the watch, and help the domestics to do so also. One way of doing this is to keep focusing on our work now: preaching, in whatever form.

I'm convinced the brothers are preparing to go back to the "normal" preaching. I mean, they said it themselves: when circumstances allow it, restrictions will be lifted.

Plus, I'm also convinced the brothers don't just publish this video with the idea: "nhuah... Spiritual left-over.. Let's publish it.." They have a purpose with it, for us.

Aren't we going to have a special campaign here in the U.S. in November? Maybe they are trying to help us rekindle our zeal until then. ^_^

It's encouraging to reflect on the joys of the preaching campaign in Mymar...despite the unrest that's currently happening there.....
