I have an update on my heartburn situation.  Not sure if you had or have the problem, but I remember this comment.

 

So I had it about 90% cured.  Still popped up pretty bad here and there.  When we went on our cruise, the first 3 days were MISERABLE with heartburn.  I'm sure you can imagine why...  :whistling:

 

Then I got to thinking about what my doctor said...."it's your food rotting in your stomach".  So I thought about it....I have enough acid now.....I am no longer stuck in fight/flight that hinders digestion.  What else could it be???

 

Then I tried an experiment.  And low an behold....it was the answer!  The thing I needed to get me to 100% fixed up....I needed to CHEW MY FOOD MORE!!  That's it!  I needed to chew twice as much, and make sure my food was mush before swallowing....and that solved it!  I made it as easy as possible for my stomach to digest the food so it would not get stuck or take too long.  :tongue:
