I can only see names of those that are on same server as me, right?

Marko, I don't think that's correct.

Please go to App > App persons and find that person. If it says Disconnected that means that person has not updated to the required version or had trouble connecting to the new server.

Hi,
Since the last major update (regions) I have had a problem with many publishers that when sending the notification (e.g. because they have a new task) I get the error message: "Sending failed: SenderId mismatch".
I have checked a few people, they have the latest app version installed and are connected to the congregation. They also get the changes that I send sent to their cell phone.
Any idea what this means and what I can do about it?

Greetings from Germany

Thomas

None of the persons who had this mismatch was disconnected. All of them was connected. I am pretty sure it does not even try to send something to a disconnected person. But there have come some updates since I tried so I will try again when I have something to send to all again. I do not want to spam all users... :)

We’ve been having major issues since the update, mostly cause our Secretary who’s the main Administrator has been in Australia for weeks so hasn’t been able to update it 🤦‍♀️ coupled with the fact our Service Overseer has been unable to upload or edit any of the field ministry schedules it’s been a tough few weeks for us.

I think pretty much every part of the app has crashed or whipped itself in the last few weeks- it’s caused chaos! Some people have been pretty much locked out of the app for around a week now too.
The territories have been messed up and maps that have been worked within the last 2 months are showing as not been done in a year so have been reassigned, fortunately some of us have fairly good memories and realised, although some members of the public complained that were knocking their doors again so soon.

Many in the Cong are feeling rather fed up and frustrated (understandable) and a few have requested we go back to pen and paper like in “the good old days” 😂

Wow - that's a real disaster!

Could the other administrator do the necessary update (there should always be 2)? As long as the missing Secretary is off-line it should work. Have administrator #2 follow all the instructions for the initial upgrade. Once his computer is on-line this will put the congregation back into service. He then adds the other NWS users, who reconnect using the sharing password. Once that is done, the publishers can start re-connecting their devices.

If neither administrator is available, you can still get back in operation. One NWS user could do a fresh install of NWS by installing the existing congregation. If you have the sharing password, you could choose "Open From Sharing". If not, choose "open from file". In either case you will be using a saved backup file of the congregation.

If you don't have the sharing password, you can still have one brother make all changes on his PC. The publishers could then follow the procedure to re-connect. He could then send out schedules, assignments as usual. The other users would have to wait until sharing is restored. Territories would be restored to last backup. Later, when the sharing password is available, you could restore that portion of the system. Link: https://nwscheduler.com/how-to/congregation/how-to-open-a-congregation-from-sharing/

He came back today and it’s finally been updated 🥳
Hopefully we’ll be able to get the majority of the Cong sorted over the weekend🙏

After our latest update to version 3.7.5 (NWP) the "Public Ministry" feature is not working right.  The week starts with Tuesday and the assigned cart slots are missing.

We are working on it.

Same here. 1 of our 2 locations are not showing.

hi dear, I did the test you suggested, but it didn't work.
But I have more information to give you, on the home screen where there is the congregation information, in all the other accounts I see the year 2025, in this one I see 2021, in fact it gives me an error at the bottom of the page that the license has expired, but only on this pc, I tried to delete everything and also clean the windows registry, but nothing, I always get 2021 and I think that's where the problem is, I also used my administrator account, logging in immediately with this, but nothing.
Do you have any suggestions? thanks

Good morning dear brothers, I solved the problem, even if it was a PC, just bought a week ago, I formatted it and installed everything again and now it works, a hug to everyone

Hi all

Since the last major update when people had to select an area i.e Europe, North America etc, we have a problem with the app.

We cannot see any duties for the Sunday meetings.

Chairman and speaker are there, and all duties are assigned in NWS.

But they aren't showing on NWP. Our midweek meeting is all fine and all duties for that meeting are there.

Just not Sunday

We've just had our Assembly and I've been away so although we noticed it after the last update, we forgot about it and it's not been flagged up by anyone else until now.

Any ideas?

A frequently recommended solution is to make a small change in one little part of the public meeting schedule. This will initiate the server to send out a "new" schedule. Once you "send" the change, this often updates all the missing data.

Perfect. Just did it and it's all back to normal

Thanks.

Yes. We lost ours for this month. I heard some lost February also.

What you can do is:

Go to Congregation > Backup and Restore > chose Backup File or Automatic Backup. Search for a backup date the information likely still existed > chose Meeting Attendance Records (S-88), Click Restore and see if the info is there. If not chose an earlier backup until you found the info. It may be you have to add some meeting attendance from some previous meetings.

Scheduler Device for Congregation Meetings while at the Hall.

I am trying to get some ideas what kind of device have some of you used for the scheduler while at the Kingdom Hall. On Saturday I had to return home to my PC as some of the addresses in a few territories were not displaying in the NWP. Had to go home and resubmit them for the campaign and they finally did display in NWP.

I don't want to take my laptop to the meeting, but will entertain suggestions for tablets that you have found useful for using the scheduler white at the kingdom hall.

Thanks.

I bring my older  Microsoft Surface Pro 5 to the meetings --just in case there is a need.

Reporting an error with exporting selected addresses from a territory.

After finishing our 1st campaign territory, I wanted to export just the not at homes and followed this procedure:

Clicking on the export selected addresses:

Export-1.jpg

Export-2.jpg

Export-3.jpg

The export was successful and saved the addresses in file Territory 203 Territory Addresses Not Home.csv

However when I open the file in Excel it only has one field with data which looks like junk.

Export-4.jpg

I can export all Addresses and then just select the Not At Homes, but I thought to bring this to the attention of the developers.

Only a Windows tablet would work since the software only runs on Windows. A Microsoft Surface would be the best choice if your looking for thin and light.
