but i cant figure out a way for that to be shown - the nearest i can get is a monthly card/notification with 4 names listed.

That sounds like a reasonable solution. So you would have separate task cards for each week, Fire Alarm Test-Week 1, Fire Alarm Test-Week 2, etc?

problem is, it just shows one monthly task assigned to 4 people.

i would prefer a weekly task.

however while playing around with it tonight i think i can rename one of the garden maintenance tasks and use that.

I have a problem with Public Speaker Sharing (somebody else's computer). When I open it the spinning dots just keep going and it never finishes. I have kept the program open for over a hour and its still trying to sync. Other parts of the software sync just fine. Any ideas?

The same thing has been happening to me for several weeks. I do not have access to the public talk scheduling, but it says there is an incoming request, and the dots just spin when I go to the Public Speaker Sharing. The TC has logged on several times in the past few weeks and the request is still there, I haven't talked to him about it yet. Is that the same problem you are seeing?

I as the admin don't have a problem. But I am trying to help the TC. As I am typing this a thought occurred to me. He is older and so I didn't give him the ability to make changes. His assistant is supposed to do that. But it seems it should sync even with view only access. I will check that when I get home.

So I found that if the public talks are read only then the Public Speaker Sharing will not sync.

Do you know why I can see an Incoming Request and what I can do to get rid of it?
