My guess is that admins will still need to use the Desktop version.

Well put @On the huh. While it would be nice to be able to delete the virtual Windows machine that runs NWS for me, I'm sure it will still be around for a while until mobile matures. But even just having some of the functionality on mobile will be a huge leap forward. Like perhaps the OCLM Overseer being able to update the names on the schedule when substations are needed would be a nice initial feature for mobile.

Ours is also blank. We are connected using the Northwest U.S. servers. A quick look and trying a couple of things has not worked.

The sharing logs usually show everything for the last month. This is the first time I have ever seen it blank.

We have many brothers that are behind on the installing the minor updates. Some are 5 updates behind. I have only experienced one other time when not every brother was updated on a minor update that there were syncing issues. I am suspecting that is what it might be.

We have a lot of brothers using NWS so it usually takes days to get everyong updated. Right now I am not thinking of another safe way to refresh the Sharing Logs.

I will try to investigate deeper later today.

It would help if any admins could tell us if everyone is updated to #1423 and they can see the Sharing Logs.

Try using this button. In English it says "Download". Logs are stored on server; you only use them occasionally when troubleshooting.

I had already tried clicking the "Download" and "Open Full Logs" buttons but nothing happens. Also the whole left side column "Shared Data" where you can choose specific logs is completely missing.

I did find this in our Data Maintenance Logs:

- - - - - - -
2025-12-19 17:31:58 DATA MAINTENANCE

Data File Maintenance

 - Deleting old Sharing Logs folder: C:\Users\marky\AppData\Local\NW Scheduler\Logs\Encrypted\CongregationSharingLogs\

Assignments Maintenance

 - Away Public Talk Assignment found, but no Outgoing Congregation. Removing Assignment.

Unfortunately, I have not found a way to correct this or restore the data. I tried to Pull Data, Push Data, refreshed data in various sections, and did a full backup restore and none of that helped.

As foghorn wisely said these Sharing Logs are stored on the server and are only used for troubleshooting. When anything goes wrong I get nervous that it will effect other things like receiving field service reports in a couple days. I don't think this issue will effect anything else though, so I am going to forget about it for awhile. :) It is likely something that the developers need to fix at their end anyway.

Good morning, friends!

I'm wondering if anybody else using New World Scheduler (Windows 11, Scheduler version 7.9, #1421) is getting this odd red text glitch when adding an address into a territory? I am switching some of my business territories from In Person to Letter Writing. When adding the address, it pops the phrase "Letter Writing" into the middle of the add address screen. It has been like this through the last four or five updates - not sure when it began.

The error doesn't seem to affect functionality, but it seems odd.

All my territories designated as Letter Writing have that same mark. I notice that it is written over the latitude/longitude fields, so maybe that is the intent: to alert the user why geolocation data is missing. Obviously not needed for mailing a letter.
