I was also able to reproduce the error. However, it only occurs when cleaning is assigned per meeting and only for the weekend meeting. The weekday meeting works without any issues.

A possible workaround would be to set up cleaning assignments per week instead. A neighboring congregation solved this by creating two separate cleaning tasks (one for the weekday and one for the weekend) and assigning cleaners there.

The downside is that both meetings will show up in the program. However, at least the day will be displayed, so the brothers will know when they are actually scheduled.

That helped. Thanks.

The recent NWS and NWP have not fixed the problem with the Publisher Person PIN in NWP. The field is still empty for everyone. Is anyone else having that problem?

This resolved itself after one of the brothers that hadn't used NWS for awhile updated a Field Service schedule. Strange.

All of our shared brothers did a coordinated updated on Sunday from #1452 to #1455.  We had 2 lingering stubborn issues that I couldn't resolve but they are fixed now.  Everything is working smoothly!

Our Service Overseer revised a Field Service schedule yesterday and posted it to NWP. He then revised it again and reposted, so I know he used NWS several times yesterday. However when I look at the Congregation Sharing information in NWS, it shows that he hasn't used NWS in a week. The Field Service schedule on NWS does not show his revisions.

It appears he isn't syncing with NWS, is that correct? Is he doing something wrong?

This is very basic but, is he aware that he needs to send the data to NWP?

He did that, I can see the new schedule on NWP that he posted yesterday. However, his schedule does not show up on my NWS and it shows he hasn't used NWS in 7 days, but I know he was on it yesterday. He didn't have anyone else do it for him.

Would it create that problem if he isn't closing the program correctly?

Anyone else losing talk assignments in the CLM schedule?  If there are two Living as Christians parts, only the first is showing.  Example weeks of June 1st and 15th.  However because June 8th has a local needs, that is showing.

The assignments are still there, as they show up in the NWP app, but can't be edited in NWS.

Where is says "None" on the schedule, select the correct part type from the dropdown box (eg. "Living Part"), then you can edit it as needed.

That has happened to me a few times, especially when we added a local needs part not in the program. It happened too in those weeks of June you mention. The info is still on NWP, and I also keep a printed schedule for those cases.

I was afraid to do this thinking that it might show up double everywhere else, if that makes sense. It does show correctly everywhere else including when printing the schedule and on NWP.

But we have noticed the exact same issue on those same two weeks in June. I thought it was a syncing issue among our shared brothers, but obviously not if others have the same issue those same two weeks.
