All of us updated yesterday. Everyone is used to our coordinated updates and all were updated before 10:00 am. We had 2 brothers out of town so we just disable their sharing until they return and then restore it when they get back. This way brothers that need to edit or add data can do it and everyone is on the same version.

I was greeted with send app data: Publisher Reports 7463. It goes up and down every month but we have about 165 publishers. I think it was just a system adjustment to carry everything over from 8.1 to 8.2. We have had no issues updating to 8.2 and it did fix one persistent bug we had been experiencing.

Good morning dear brothers, as a congregation we have a problem with the cleaning schedule of the kingdom hall, as you can see from the images the dates do not match the schedule on NWS we have version 8.2 #1460 (not all of them yet) and the brothers no longer understand when they have the commitment, does this happen to you too? Sometimes it starts on Monday and sometimes in the middle of the week and then look at the assignment for July 11-17 which according to the schedule is August but the dates are wrong (we are group 2) thanks for the help, a hug

You should refresh the app data.

NWP Update 4.4.1 is available. The Google description says it has an Off Line Mode. Is that new? What is it?

Hi, I've updated them several times and I'm an administrator, but the result hasn't changed. Does it work fine for you?

I'm not sure what you mean by updated and whether it is just a difference in translation, but I mean use the Refresh App data function: https://nwscheduler.com/how-to/nw-publisher-app-problems/#How_to_Fix

Is there a way to create a field service schedule for the whole year? Right now it seems that I can only produce 2 months at a time.

I have not found a way, and it would be easier if we could load more than two months. Not sure if you are saving the schedule as a template but it sounds like you are. That helps a little but we C.O. visit, assemblies, conventions many months have to be edited anyway.

Yes, I think so. i created 2 templates. Each template sets up all the field service meetings for 1 week. #1 is normal arrangements for midweek and weekend service. #2 is slightly different because all groups meet together on the 4th weekend.

So, at start of new month, I select the #1 template and download it. NWS asks how many weeks; I select 3. Then I move to 4h week and download template #2 for 1 week. Just repeat the process for each month.

The templates can be very helpful. I usually save ours for a month at a time. This includes the last Saturday changes when we all meet at the KH.

That is a REALLY good idea!  Have you suggested it to them yet?

Not sure how.

I use templates (in the same way you do) too but again you can't apply it past a certain time. The current limit on my end is October.
