Not true here - inactives still show at bottom of list. NWP 4.1.6

I'm only guessing here. The instructions are that inactive ones must be assigned to a group so that they are taken care of, but they should not appear in the group listing at the announcement board.

 

So could it be that elders still see the inactive ones but publishers do not? Although I don't think publishers see the Publishers' section at all.

I'm using NWP 4.1.6 and the Inactive ones are still appearing with each group. Are you an elder or MS? As Carlos says, that information may be restricted to just elders.

I'm the CoBoE and NWS/NWP Administrator ... they were showing for elders only in NWP but now are not. They are still listed in NWS under Groups, so not sure what the lack of display in NWS is about. There is no mention of inactives on the group list the is published in Documents for all publishers of course.

The inactive are still showing for us.

You might try:

NW Publisher App > App Administration dropdown - choose "Group" > Click "Refresh Selected App Data"

Before you do that go to "Shared Persons" and make sure all of your brothers are on the same version. This is the very type of thing that can happen when everyone is not in synch with the same NWS version. Even just one brother on a different version can result in missing or incorrect data on NWP.

I don't have the answer, but you might try changing the view in NWS so no one can see the inactive, send it, then change the view back to elders and send it again. I think that would be the NWP App Settings page in NWS and it's the Spiritual Information in the Elders column under the ME section. I've heard that toggling things can fix them.

 

Are all the elders having the same problem or is it just your device?

If it's just your device, then the NWP>About>Refresh Data may help.
