On the information board. What is the difference between letters and documents? When to use what? Isn't letters a form of document?

This section of their website explains the difference between Announcements, Documents & Letters. Hope it helps.

I agree with previous comments. The colour change on this new update is awful.

And I also agree, there is now only one box for meeting attendance. Which is not useful.

Version 7.7 has 3 options in the "Meeting Attendance" section:

- Show Meeting Dates

- Show Online Attendance

- Show Custom Attendance

More details on meeting attendance..

Details on "Show Custom Attendance" is found in the version 7.7 release notes here..

With most of the apps having requests to implement a dark mode, this latest color scheme looks as if it was designed by a 9 year old with a box of crayons. It is difficult to read as the contrast between the listings and the background is reduced since they are of the same color. Anytime you mess with color themes invariably the number 1 request is for a settings entry to either have a customization way or have a default that mirrors the original one everyone got used to. You can't go too wrong with the Windows UI or themes as everyone is used to it.

One suggestion make the font color and format customizable my font color would be black and some of it would be bold.

I must be the only one who likes the facelift. B) The old interface looked outdated and flashy to me. Maybe colors can be better chosen to improve readability, but all in all the new interface looks sleek and modern.

There seems to be a bug that only shows one box for meeting attendance. I guess that will be fixed in a minor version. We had a minor issue with reports shown as unsent for members although they had been correctly sent and received. That has been corrected in this version too.

As for NW Schedulers' update, I didn't notice much difference, I guess they have just polished things under the hood.

I think Josh posted that the number of boxes is an option now and you need to change it in NWS. I haven't looked at it yet.

I don't do that myself but the instructions seem to indicate multiple choices.  Our congregation shows 2 boxes on weekend meeting and one box on midweek meeting right now.  A work in progress.

is there any way of sorting the dates when you go to Public Talks Local? My problem is that this weeks talk is at the very bottom. So the first thing I see is the public talk from march.. Not so useful now.
I would like to see current week first and then upcoming talks, that would be more interesting for me as ta talk coordinator.

By the way, I really like the new feature for public speaker sharing. Now I can in the same request add more dates and also request for multiple speakers. That is very helpful!

That is now fixed with the latest update, now we have two boxes again for the midweek meeting.

ok i did it, if you are interested the procedure is this:

Important: for the territory assignments to show up in the new app, you may need to click App Settings > uncheck Show Territories and check Show Territories again. You may also need to check Show Public Testimonial again.

hello dear brothers, have you managed to find a solution to reassign the personal territories that disappeared after the update? I've been trying since yesterday evening, a hug

One of the Scheduler Admins has to enable the new encryption mode (under Congregation Sharing). And the publisher needs to update the App on the smartphone.
