Sharing Video to 2nd screen bugs

Please help me brothers, I am in charge of audio and video during meetings and there was this time when eveytime I try to play a song or video thru JW LIBRARY the audio plays twice in a delayed manner. So I have to restart again JW library every single time. 
 

Our setup is pretty basic TV is connected via HDMI to the laptop and audio output is thru usb to 2.5 jack going to amplifier. 
 

this problem started probably after some updates on both Zoom and JW LIBRARY its pretty frustrating.

Did you downloaded video before meeting or used live stream playing?

This might be a reason.

I downloaded everything beforehand.

Have you tried to click on the second taskbar JW window before playing ?

You may have to see if there were any driver updates to the audio device on your computer that Windows Update had installed which created your issue. You may have to rollback the driver update to the previous version.

 

I had to do this once before to a Dell computer which has a Realtek Audio device. The Windows Update caused the issue we had, so I went to device manufacturer website (Dell) and installed their latest driver which corrected the problem.

When you click the video, dont click it again. Wait for the video to load even if it is slow.  We encountered it multiple times in the past.
