George Gangas was appointed to the Governing Body on 15 October 1971 and served in that capacity up to the end of his earthly course on 28 July 1994.

 

This means the only member of the current Governing Body that his time overlapped with on the GB would have been Gerrit Lösch who was appointed to the GB on 1 July 1994.
