Is there a free AI tool that will upscale an image for me?

I want to use an image for an upcoming talk, but I want to focus in on and enlarge a section of the image. However, the resolution will not be high enough for display. 

 

I do not want to generate an AI image from scratch. I just want to zoom in and upscale an existing image without any hallucinations. 

 

Does such a tool exist?

Although it is not AI, you might look at InkScape (generic free version of Adobe). It enlarges quite well while maintaining the actual image.
