Help with NWS Public Talk Scheduling errors.

NWS is is showing brothers as unavailable when that is not the case. I only encountered those errors when doing the latest updates. There needs to be a chat feature to get help. The program is causing a bit of frustration.

Note our congregation doesn't use this software (we use Deckhand), but I know many do.

Just some shots in the dark:

 

First of all, I would have a look at Me > Settings and see if Maximum Away Speakers per Week is set to more than 0.

 

 

Then I would go to Persons > [Select every speaker] > Assign > and make sure they have enabled Local and Away speaker, they have some outlines listed, and they have a reasonable frequency (typically "4 weeks").

 

 

Even if you had these settings correctly set before, the updates may have changed them.
