I don't know if we still actively produced WTLIB CDs nowadays as the installer is now on the website.

There could be another thread about this on here somewhere.
It is DL straight from the JW website. However, I recall there can be clashes with previous installations. So on the other thread, it had some steps I remember doing. This allowed so it to update and run properly.
I'd search for it, but the search function on my phone is pretty poor...
If you cannot find it, DM me, and I'll look for it tonight on my PC.

On bottom right corner of web page JW org has WT library. Click and follow instructions to install and update.
