Do you think the Angels…..

Recommended Posts

More importantly the angels stand at the doors of the Kingdom Hall watching those who come. And when the chairman ascends the pulpit, and when we participate by giving our comments, they listen. And when we raise our voices to sing praises to God, the Heavens join along to sing in unison with the congregation.

Let’s be honest: the angels that are assigned to watch over us, they deserve hazard pay and popcorn. We give them everything—tears, unfiltered singing, accidental fasts (we thought the meeting was after lunch), and impromptu interpretive dances during housework.

Do they laugh?

Probably.

Do they cringe?

Oh, undoubtedly. That’s why wings are detachable—it’s easier to bury your face in your hands that way.

But maybe—just maybe—they also beam with joy.

Not because we’re smooth, flawless, or choreography-certified.

But because we’re real. Because we try. Because we laugh at ourselves… and keep going.

And when we do?

They’re not just observers. They’re cheering.

Even if one of them is still chuckling about your falsetto attempt.

Go ahead—sing, dance, mop-tango.

You’ve got an audience. And they already love the show.

Do you think the angels laugh at us or chuckle when they see us singing in the shower or maybe dancing along to a song when we’re alone in a room? You know, acting like a knucklehead?

Yes.

When we watch animals playing, making weird noises, or falling all over themselves it brings us joy. We don't critique their performance, we just feel their joy as our own. I think the angels feel similarly about us.

I’ve sort of thought the angels give us our dignity. They may notice the things we are comfortable with, but, they are for sure give us privacy when it’s merited.
Whatever is attached to our worship, they are aware of, and I do believe on occasion, they do save our lives. (Why, I don’t question)

They may be there as we go about our day. (To just shop, it is a two hour trip, one way. I always pray for Jehovah to get me home safe, so i can worship him another day)
I don’t think we will ever know the extent to which they touch our lives. But, they are there, and they are a gift from Jehovah.
I sort of think this system is crazier than we are aware of, (unclean spirit activities) and we receive regular protection from the full insanity, of Satanʼs system.
What part do the angels play, as a result of our closeness to Jehovah? Its a package deal!

I want to age without sharp corners, and have an obedient heart!
