You do you. Just realize that our decisions always have consequences, whether good or bad. And depends on a million factors.

Me, I don’t consider myself the most fashionable person, and I’m not a sister, but I try to be conscious of what my appearance may mean to others, not just myself.

At the end of the day, nobody can tell you one thing or another except to remind you of Bible principles to apply in this situation, and let you make your own choice, and stick to it of your own volition.

Leviticus 19:18: “‘You must not take vengeance nor hold a grudge against the sons of your people, and you must love your fellow man as yourself.”

Did I know when I got it that some wouldn't be acceptable to it yes! Did I care no?

It's this lack of care that causes concern.

Tell me, what do you think is the principle behind Paul's words regarding meat?

(Romans 14:15) 15 For if your brother is being offended because of food, you are no longer walking according to love. Do not by your food ruin that one for whom Christ died.

(Romans 14:20-23) 20 Stop tearing down the work of God just for the sake of food. True, all things are clean, but it is detrimental for a man to eat when it will cause stumbling. 21 It is best not to eat meat or drink wine or do anything over which your brother stumbles.+ 22 The faith that you have, keep it to yourself before God. Happy is the man who does not judge himself by what he approves. 23 But if he has doubts, he is already condemned if he eats, because he does not eat based on faith. Indeed, everything that is not based on faith is sin

(1 Corinthians 8:13) 13 That is why if food makes my brother stumble, I will never again eat meat at all, so that I will not make my brother stumble.

Phillipians 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are of serious concern, whatever things are righteous, whatever things are chaste, whatever things are lovable, whatever things are well-spoken-of, whatever things are virtuous, and whatever things are praiseworthy, continue considering these things.

Thank you! An overseer told me that years ago that the Elders isn’t Fashion police.

They are not, but they are appointed to protect the flock from worldly influences.
So if fashion clashes with Bible Principles then elders will have great responsibility to encourage the sheep to consider those principles. The way of the truth is simple, but only if we hear Jehovah, heed his principles and follow encouragement of elders. If we ignore this .. putting a new personality becomes harder and harder as we tend to our own preferences which is dominated by imperfection.

Man was created as an intelligent creature with the desire to explore and understand :)
