You’re not alone.

[Verse 1]
I know, I understand — some days are hard to bear,
By evening all your strength is almost gone,
You carry every burden with quiet care,
And hold it in your heart as you go on.

But even in the silence, deep and wide,
You’re not alone — Jehovah’s by your side,
He sees the hidden tears you try to hide,
And gently keeps your heart in peace inside.

[Chorus]
Jehovah sees every tear you cry,
Every breath and every try,
He’s close, even when the world is still,
His love will give you strength and will.

[Verse 2]
I know that weight that presses from within,
When all your strength feels like it fades away,
When caring feels like walking through the wind,
And every moment stretches through the day.

But Jehovah knows your pain so well,
He saw His Son endure it all before,
And in His heart there lives a tender will
To ease the load that you are carrying now.

[Chorus]
Jehovah sees every tear you cry,
Every breath and every try,
He’s close, even when the world is still,
His love will give you strength and will.

[Verse 3]
May there be moments filled with quiet light,
Where you can rest and slowly catch your breath,
Where gentle winds will whisper hope again,
And life returns to beating in your chest.

And there are those who truly care for you,
Who think of you with kindness, warm and true,
You’re still surrounded by a love so real,
Even in all the trials you go through.

[Chorus]
Jehovah sees every tear you cry,
Every breath and every try,
He’s close, even when the world is still,
His love will give you strength and will.

[Bridge]
And soon this world will be made new again,
No pain, no tears, no loss, no fear inside,
Love will fill every heart of every man,
And peace will gently in each soul abide.

And laughter will ring out so pure and free,
And joy will fill each home so endlessly,
You’ll see at last it wasn’t all in vain,
Life will be warmth and light eternally.

[Final Chorus]
Jehovah sees every tear you cry,
Every step and every try,
He’s near — He’ll give your heart true peace,
And fill your soul with hope that won’t cease.

[Final Outro]
Just hold on a little longer now,
You’re stronger than you feel somehow,
Within your Father’s loving hands above,
You’ll find your rest, your peace, His love.

You’re not alone.
You’re not alone.

We have a brother in our area who is almost 93 and in Hospice. He may not last another week ... or even to the end of this week.

I have known this brother for nearly 50 years. His daughters and mine are good friends. I visited with him today and he expressed his hope for the future and that we can't be mad at Jehovah because it is Satan and Adam that did this to us. His resolute faith while he is waiting on death prompted me to come up with this song:

The Room is Quiet

Heartbreaking.

But very beautiful.

I enjoy gardening. One problem with getting older is that gardening gets harder each year. One solution is planting in raised beds. With that in mind, I wrote this song:

My Garden's Waist High

I have met people that say they always feel like people look right through them ... with that sentiment in mind, I created this song

Happy When Hated.

[Verse 1]:
They laugh when I speak of Your holy name,
Yet deep in my heart burns a heavenly flame.
The world may reject what it cannot see,
But Your loving spirit keeps strengthening me.

When darkness surrounds and the cold winds rise,
I still see Your promise beyond troubled skies.
You carried me gently through sorrow and pain,
And taught me that sunshine can follow the rain.

[Pre-Chorus]:
I will not fear the voices of night;
Your hand is leading me into the light.
Though many may turn and walk far away,
Your love gives me courage each day.

[Chorus]:
I’m happy when hated for standing with You,
For Your love is stronger than all I go through.
No chains and no trials can silence my song;
With Jehovah beside me, I always stay strong.
Faith lifts me higher than mountains above;
I live in the power of Your endless love.

[Verse 2]:
They question the path that I faithfully choose,
Not knowing the peace they themselves refuse.
But I see compassion in each angry face,
For many are searching for truth and for grace.

Like Stephen and Jesus, I pray from my heart
That someday they too choose Jehovah’s part.
For hatred can fade when Your goodness is shown,
And seeds of Your Kingdom in hearts can be sown.

[Pre-Chorus]:
You teach me to answer with kindness and peace,
To trust that Your mercy will never cease.
Though hatred may echo around me today,
Your spirit keeps lighting my way.

[Chorus]:
I’m happy when hated for standing with You,
For Your love is stronger than all I go through.
No chains and no trials can silence my song;
With Jehovah beside me, I always stay strong.
Faith lifts me higher than mountains above;
I live in the power of Your endless love.

[Verse 3]:
This world may divide and choose sides in the fight,
But I serve the Kingdom of truth and of light.
No prison can weaken the hope that I hold;
Your promises shine brighter far more than gold.

My brothers and sisters stand faithful and near;
Their courage and kindness bring comfort and cheer.
Together we walk through the storm and the flame,
Still joyful and proud to honor Your name.

[Pre-Chorus]:
And when tears are falling, You stay by my side;
In You, I will always safely abide.
No hatred can steal what heaven has given;
My hope is alive and risen.

[Bridge]:
One day every sorrow and tear will be gone;
The nations will learn where true peace belongs.
No voices of hatred, no fear and no pain,
Just joy in Your Kingdom forever to reign.
Until that bright morning, I’ll faithfully stand,
With love in my heart and Your truth in my hands.

[Final Chorus]:
I’m happy when hated for serving Your name,
For walking with You is far greater than fame.
Though this world may judge me, Your smile is enough;
You fill me with courage when life becomes tough.
Forever I’ll trust You wherever I go;
Your love is the brightest light I will know.
Faith makes me fearless, Your spirit my song;
With Jehovah beside me, I always belong.

Help Others Come to Know Jehovah.

[Verse 1]:
I started a study on a cold Tuesday night,
He brought twenty questions and a sandwich bite.
We opened the Bible, he stared at the page,
Said, “Why did Noah need that many animals in a cage?”

He asked if the lions were potty-trained too,
If Jonah got seasick inside the fish goo.
But slowly his eyes started lighting with glow,
’Cause behind every story was Jehovah to know.

[Pre-Chorus]:
It’s more than just dates and prophetic charts,
Jehovah is reaching for people’s hearts.

[Chorus]:
Help others come to know Jehovah,
Not just facts they memorize.
Teach them why He loves forgiveness,
Why He watches every cry.
When the student starts connecting
All the things Jehovah does,
Suddenly the light bulb flashes—
“Ohhh… THAT’S the reason why He was!”

[Verse 2]:
He came to the meeting all nervous and late,
Spilled coffee on three brothers right by the gate.
A sister said kindly, “Don’t worry, dear friend,”
He whispered, “Are all of these people this nice in the end?”

Then one cranky brother looked grumpy and tough,
My student said softly, “This truth thing is rough…”
I said, “Even apostles had conflicts back then—
Jehovah still loved imperfect men.”

[Pre-Chorus]:
We’re all still learning, we all misstep,
Even Peter needed spiritual prep.

[Chorus]:
Help others come to know Jehovah,
Not just rules of do’s and don’ts.
Teach them why He loves the humble,
And why kindness matters most.
When they see His care and patience
In the things He says and does,
Even awkward Kingdom moments
Start to fill the heart with buzz!

[Verse 3]:
Then came the big job with the paycheck grand,
More money than seashells on tropical sand.
But meetings? “Impossible.” Service? “No chance.”
The boss said, “You’ll work every weekend in France.”

He prayed and he paced and he scratched at his head,
Then opened the Bible instead of the bread.
He said, “What would Jehovah think I should do?”
I smiled and said, “Looks like He’s teaching you.”

[Pre-Chorus]:
When knowledge turns into faithful action,
That’s when truth gains real traction.

[Chorus]:
Help others come to know Jehovah,
Not just rules of do’s and don’ts.
Teach them why He loves the humble,
And why kindness matters most.
When they see His care and patience
In the things He says and does,
Even awkward Kingdom moments
Start to fill the heart with buzz!

[Bridge]:
So ask the deep questions, don’t just read lines,
Like, “Why did Lot’s wife look back that one time?”
Or, “Why did Daniel keep praying out loud
When lions were waiting all hungry and proud?”
Because every account and each thing we read
Shows what Jehovah loves, hates, or will lead.
And somewhere between all the laughter and tea,
A student starts seeing what life’s meant to be.

[Final Chorus]:
Help others come to know Jehovah,
Teach His mercy, truth, and grace.
Help them see His loving patience
Shining through each Bible page.
Then one day they’ll stand beside you,
Serving God with joyful awe,
Not because they learned a lesson—
But because they came to know Jehovah.

[Outro]:
So bring your Bible, bring your snacks,
Prepare for rabbit-trail attacks.
’Cause every study, strange or slow,
Can help a heart come truly close to Jehovah.
