I had no idea this has all started because of HIM 😮🙄
I mean... Spend millions of hours on researching and writing books in our defence, only to come out as a vicious opposer and instigate court proceedings against His Beloved Religion...

I know a brother who knows him. Seems pride got the better of him. Pride can get the better of even angels after all 🤨

Rolf Furuli  has sent letter of complaint to the authorities regarding our exclusion practices.

But has not brought any cases against us in the legal system.

He does not shows any sign to be humbel and return to Jehovah.

He is on the contrary!

It is extremely rare that an apostate returns to Jehovah. The chances of that happening are about the same as Satan repenting of his course and coming back! Absolute ZERO!

For any other sin—smoking, immorality, theft—someone could return, and sometimes does. But for apostasy it is next to impossible.

But it doesn't really matter what they say about us after they leave. Jehovah promised us: Isaiah 54:17.

Do you think they analysed only the current policy re removal from cong? The change in policy came on the 15th of March 2024, but it must have taken some time to change the internal documents and instructions for the elders, right? I presume the courts must have had access to the confidential documents and must have taken into account our previous policy on disfellowshipment, correct?

I'm trying to understand the weight of our policy change on the outcome.

What I was wondering about is this:

1. Did we win only because we changed our policy?

2. Would the verdict have been the same if our policy hadn’t changed?

what do you think?

I think we would have won anyway. Usually, these court cases are dependent on what happened at the time and not based on what happened later.

Plan ahead as if Armageddon will not come in your lifetime, but lead your life as if it will come tomorrow (w 2004 Dec. 1 page 29)
