Please recommend upbuilding Kingdom songs

Recommended Posts

I have been distracted by a recurring earworm. I happened to see the name of a (popular)recording artist and was reminded of an occurrence from many years ago. My mother used to come home with a bunch of people from a bar, last call, and get me up to sing acapella to her drunken friends. I had a  brief song that used to work on interrupting  that earworm, but am looking for a kingdom song as my previous tactic is  not completely successful. Most Kingdom music is emotionally moving to me and I am looking for something that is just joyfully positive without having to overthink  the message. Any suggestions?

I love "Preaching to All Sorts of People." Song 57.

And this one Pauline, is specifically for you.

My favorite song from 1984 songbook:

Song 102

The Resurrection Joy

(Revelation 20:13)

The melody is unforgettable 😊

I always found the melody to be the most complicated in the entire songbook: somewhere in between dull and sublime. That's the only song in the entire songbook I could never sing because I never did grasp the melody.
