Nb . Even if they find ancient wood. It will not change thei minds of non believers and will really prove nothing..

The image of the site is boat shaped. That's enough to tell me they've not found the Ark. 

 

Even if they find wood, that's not enough evidence to support it is or was the Ark. Bits of wood are bits of wood and could have been used to build absolutely anything.

Also it is 100 feet longer too.

 I imagine after the flood they would use the wood to build houses or light fires, so it's very unlikely the ark is still somewhere to be found.

I'm a Star Trek fan. We've hotly debated the size of the Enterprise for 60 years.  I used to such discrepancy.

They did all this in the 90s: soil samples, drilling, etc. There's nothing there.
