What email client (program) are you using on the laptop and the "main" computer?

You should be able to go into the contacts on the laptop and "export" the contacts as a "CSV" (Comma separated value) file and then use your USB drive to move this file to your main computer and then open up the email program on that, go to contacts and "Import" the contacts to that. Just choose "CSV" as the file type to import.

Thanks Musky. I use Outlook express for both & I have been searching for an online account also. Since I've had troubles with both the computer..I have a Google Plus account..I was looking through the Microsoft features through Hotmail. & Saw an Outlook through the Microsoft..I have created an account for both & synced the contacts from My Samsung so If I should have more troubles I can go online on someone else's computer If need be. That's what I am working at Ok I will get a USB & transfer..Many Thanks,

If you have Outlook Express on both computers it is called an Address Book (Contacts) and can be exported. You can either click on the "Addresses" icon in the tool bar or click on "Tools" then on "Address Book" or hit and the Address Book will open.

Then in the Adress Book Menu click on "File" hold over "Export" then click "Address Book (WAB)...

This will open a file save window where you can choose the location of your USB drive and save the file.

Then on the other computer do the same steps except hold over "Import" in the Address Book File menu - this will open a file open window and you can locate the file on your USB drive and select it.

The advantage to using this to move files from one Outlook Express to another is it will retain all formatting. You can use the CSV option if you want to move them to another client or web mail file but for moving from one Outlook Express to another I have had far better results using the .WAB file.
