HUA TU LIN, PETITIONER,

v.

ERIC HOLDER, JR., UNITED STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL, RESPONDENT.

United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.

Filed February 28, 2011.

." He also testified that were he returned to China, he would continue to practice as a Jehovah's Witness—his current religion—and would "spread the gospel," which he believed would cause him to be reported to the government and "attacked . . . severely."

On cross-examination, however, Lin could not explain certain foundational facts about Jehovah's Witnesses, such as what a "pioneer" and a "kingdom hall" were, or what the names of the different stages of the ministry are.

Lin also incorrectly answered some questions regarding more fundamental Christian tenets; Lin, for instance, testified that Jesus is referred to by name and appears in the Old Testament."

What is Family Worship Night?

What are the memorial emblems?

What's a quick build?

Who is the Faithful & Discrete slave?

I live in a small University town with a relative large amount of Chinese student from mainland China. There are about 10 attending our meetings somewhat regularly. They progress very fast in their studies and are excited to be going home with the new found faith and knowledge. The fact is we want them to go home and help other to learn of Jehovah. I have yet to meet one who has expressed a fear of going home because of learning the Truth.

We cannot incite if we are not in sight.___Heb.10:24,25
