The buildings were formerly used for printing operations. Completing this sale is a big step towards the relocation of their headquarters to Warwick, New York.

Is "headquarters" that was located in Brooklyn and is being moved to Warwick, a different entity than what is referred to as the U.S. Branch? I ask this because I thought a branch was just that, an auxiliary or ancillary office of the main office or headquarters. If so, after the world headquarters is moved out of Brooklyn, where will the U.S. Branch be located? Wallkill? Patterson? Is it already one of these two locations? If it's not a separate entity, then why the two different designations? Is it the World Headquarters of J.W's. or the U.S. Branch of the WTB&TS? Are they one and the same? It seems there is more than one Bethel in the U.S. these days.

 

I'm just thinking out loud, but I am curious. Inquiring minds want to know.

Currently the US branch is at Patterson. The main part of a branch is it's Service Department. The US one is at Patterson.
