WOL Down?

I cannot get through to the Online Library at the moment.  JW.org is fine.  All other websites are fine.

 

There is no link either on the publications page.

 

I am in Russia at the moment but cannot imagine it's blocked here.

 

Anybody else having problems with wol.jw.org?

No problem here. I can get the online library, and there is still a link on the publications page. (?)

Odd.  I've never had a problem in Russia before but then perhaps I've only ever looked at jw.org and not wol...

No problem here too. I can get the wol, except if I try to synchronize with the Russian edition of the latest issues of the Watchtower (I mean the latest issue I can see is September 15 ).
