Polish Sausage

A guy at work gave me a bag of homemade Polish sausage. I think I'm going to cut it up brown it in a pan, and serve it with the  eggplant parmesan and spaghetti we made last night. It's old school, with a lot of spice and flavor, you don't get that much in mass market grocery stores, actually, you don't at all. Gotta go to mom and pop shops, or a local butcher shop. Yummy! :eat:
