men marrying and women being given in marriage...looks like a good news to us:)

As in... "it could be worse - the prince could be marrying another boy"...?

In Britain, it wouldn't surprise me.

:lol1:

I may be tired and in pain :wheelchair: but I'll never   :surrender: to it just send some encouraging words or hugs  :kisscheek:  :encourage:  and I'll return the same   :kisscheek:  :encourage:

I do know of someone who said they are getting up at 3 or 4 in the morning to watch it, though she is the only one that I know of that would do that. :coffee:

The only thing that could get me up at that time is the..great tribulation...lol

What a lot of arguments have been going on in the UK media about which ambassadors have been allowed despite Human Rights Abuses in their lands and which have had their invitations cancelled over this same issue. It all seems so inconsistent. One commentator on the BBC News actually said that if all the countries' invited representatives were judged worthy by whether their countries respected Human Rights, the wedding would be so very sparse of guests!

Just back from a holiday especially booked for this week to avoid the media hype and the Royal Wedding! Pretty much managed to avoid all mention of it - muted the tv when it came on!

Had lovely weather so was out most of the time.

My King has nothing to do with that family!

*sigh*

My flatmate watched it so... since I had the day off and was at home I ended up watching part of it, although I planned not to... :blushing: Oops. Ah well. If anything it showed me how many crazy people there are out there - the way some people hyped and dressed up and screamed when seeing the royals like they were rock stars.... idolatry or what!?

That said, for what it's worth I did like her dress, it was classy and romantic.

i consider it a breach of my Christian neutrality to be attentive toward this 'historical' event. just for me, however. i detest the 'rulers' of this world who stand in opposition to Jehovah. so for me, no, i will NOT be watching.

NICE ONE! (<img src=)'>

I love our WT lesson for this week, it speaks about not just loving righteousness but also hating lawlessness.

“Make my eyes pass on from seeing what is worthless; preserve me alive in your own way.”—PS. 119:37.

The one guest who DIDN'T want to be there: Runaway horse throws its soldier and makes a swift exit...

34229=1276-Royal Wedding Royal Wedding R According to multiple press sources online, the horse amazingly found his own way back to the Hyde Park Barracks where he’s stabled. Neither the horse nor the rider was injured. Good horsey...:D
