Congress writes a letter to Iran warning there will be no peace deal

Just after Congress invites Netanyahu to speak in a congressional meeting against a deal with Iran without the approval of the White House/president (which has never been done before) they take it a step further and compose a letter to Iran stating if there is a deal made with president Obama it will be revoked by them as soon as the next president is in office. Iran's president and other high ranking authorities set them straight and makes them look really bad and sends the letter to the UN Security Council.

Maybe the president will have the UN take control to handle the peace deal so Congress cannot undermine his authority....you never know!

Even if President Obama gets the UN to "make the deal", US sanctions cant be permanently removed without Congress.

It is an interesting time to see just how split the iron and the clay in the last world power is, eh. Its very faith strengthening to see Bible prophecy unfold right before us.

Seems there are ways around every situation if he decides he wants to make the deal, including congress...take a look at this article it is eye opening that the president can do things solely if he decides. It will make congress furious but they already know he can do it and that is why they wrote the letter.

Keep in mind this is a speculative opinion piece.  Just because this article says "Obama will do this or that" doesn't mean he will.

I agree, the information I thought was important was not opinion but the legal ways it is possible for the president to act alone and this is why congress is going to extremes in opposition. I get so sick of seeing them fight within they should just take United out of the states because it's not working and every year they push the legal limits in trying to get what each wants no matter what. It is so refreshing to see how Jehovah works things in our organization, not only within the U.S. but worldwide, no other church or government has ever been able to do the same! We just keep praying that his will is done here on the earth so we can have relief from the grief!
