For The Love of Spock, a documentary

Wow, just watched that video bobby, my oh my! Wonderful! That so unexpectedly brought two of my childhood hero's of sci-fi and fantasy, Spock and "The Hobbit", together in a surreal but fun way. Not likely I'd have ever discovered that clip on my own! Pretty cool, pretty cool.

And gotta say, among the many "stars" and cultural icons from yester-year that I would love to sit in on would be a Bible study with Leonard Nimoy ... or Nichelle Nichols, or Gene Roddenberry, or Charles Dickens, MLK, Albert Einstein, and so on; the "small" and the "great" brought back to life. What a time that will be! What a grand privilege to get to know the real personality behind these iconic characters of the screen, and the spiritual gems to share and see how they respond! Pretty exciting. Nothing inspires God's people like his Word but at the same time these screen personalities are also inspiring. Jehovah knows that of course.

Edit: Sorry, it might not have been obvious, "that video" was in reference to a song sung by Leonard Nimoy "The Ballad of Bilbo Baggins". It was mentioned in the Uproxx article you linked. I Googled the song title which led me to a YouTube video in which he sings it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BC35cQKHwzg
