My new product- bedspreads

Dear brothers and sisters,

This are my new designs in bedspread.

I am on my way to launch them.

There are no orders and I am going for marketing to some new states.

Dilip, how long did it take you to complete these designs? You are very talented, i like the gold one ( the 3rd one ), very pretty.

This designs are made by someone else. The best part is the right combination of the colours. This is done by another person who runs the printing factory.

Again this is a gift from Jehovah God to me to give the right person. My part is to arrange the the right quality of raw cotton fabric. Then it goes to

Raw fabric checking

Bleaching (fabric is whitened from cream color and impurities are removed)

Then the fabric is ironed

Then printed

Then dryed

Then washed

Then dryed

Then ironed again

Then comes to my office

There we cut the fabric according to the length

Then packed

Then a small vehicle comes and picks the parcel and transports it to a lorry

We collect the lory receipt

And it thru courier to the required place

Wait for money.....

All this section deals in money and we have to bargain at each section to get the right rate.

And believe me, there is cut throat competition in India. Then the final product given to the shop owner who bargains with us.

Then the customer goes and does the bargain with him.

So its right quality at the right rate with right colors and with good designs.

WOW,,,Dilip, that amazing how the process' work over there, thank you for the back round information! I like the green one too (the 3rd one from the bottom). Do you know if any of your product is sold in the USA?

No idea but somebody must be.....exporting.

You may not get the same combination of colors there as black color is not of high grade. That is skin friendly for US. In India its ok.

Ii shall share these pics. I recently bought a bedspread and busted my budget. My fave garments are all cotton, as are those from India - excellent comfort for  high energy activities or for sleeping.

And the manufacturing price for a single cot bedspread is less than 2 dollars
