UN human rights office closing in Moscow

Russian officials are announcing the closing of the UN human rights office in Moscow.

And their excuse for it?

They could have fooled us. We were wondering if they had any sense of human rights in the first place, so they wouldn't see a need of an office for something that just doesn't exist there. Is the USSR making a comeback?
