Sounds like some superb brew...that's all that counts !

The vacuum distillation extracts more oils at a lower heat so it's less acidic.

Sounds like my kind of brew !  That's the issue I have with Star Bucks !  The home brew...Way too much acid.  Now the $5.35 Cappucinno  or the Mocha with lots of chocolate...that's another story.

 Even though Star Bucks, the house brew is fresh and inexpensive, tastes like its been kept hot all day...extremely acidic. Except for Blonde coffee. But the specialty $5.00 Macchiatos,  Cappuccinos, Mochas and  lattes are so much better...just pricey.  

 

I get up early and serve my wife fresh home brewed coffee...nothing fancy, Maxwell house medium roast or inexpensive Folgers.  It's the thought that counts.   :whistling:
