How tall are you?

I'm exactly the right height for as tall as I am. If I was any shorter, I wouldn't be as tall as I am now. If I was any taller, I would be too tall for my height. So, I am as tall as I need to be for the height I am now...

Answer:

I used to be 6'3," but over time with aging the discs in my spine have compressed, so that now I'm 6' 2." However, when I was a senior in high school, I was only 6'0."
