• US voters broaden their horizons - first openly transgender person elected to state legislature in Virginia

• Science saving skins - little boy with horrible skin disease is saved by scientist growing sheets of new skin and transplanting it successfully.  I'm very happy that it is possible for this one little boy.  Now for all the other prohibitively expensive and rare and deadly diseases to cure.

• The Eastern Quoll has been saved from extinction  thanks to an intensive breeding program.  Again, happy the little critter has avoided extinction at the hands of man's greed.  What about the other species?

• The real-life Iron Man project has begun - an invention that looks cool.

 

Lament the bad things, celebrate the Good News stories, like these ones here.  Just don't look into why these things are happening since it may involve subjecting yourself to the Creator and the only one who can fix this mess.

In Germany we have a third gender since last week... "Trans". It can be registerd for the ID if a person feels he/she/"it" does not belong to a certain gender
