Scientists have discovered that daydreaming is an important tool for creativity. It causes a rush of activity in a circuit, which connects different parts of the brain and allows the mind to make new associations.

Same post no. 17

Capricho Arabe by Francisco Tarrega. Performed by Randall Avers.

It is a beautiful 1892 show piece written for the classical guitar. It is Tarrega's first published piece and one of his best.

Sister Ross, could you give the name of the artist and the name of the musical piece at the post above. I think it isn't available for viewing outside the US. Thanks.

Thanks sis,

Interesting song by the Mamas and Papas. Creeque Alley about the formation of the group.

The lyrics mentions a whole bunch of musicians during this period including this line :

♫ Sebastian and Zal formed the Spoonful

I’m a day late but I want to contribute to the summertime theme 😁 It’s a repost but it’s still a good one!

The Hebrew word cushi or kushi is an affectionate term generally used in the Bible to refer to a dark-skinned person of African descent.

Christopher Cross - Sailing

"Sailing" is a 1980 * soft rock song written and recorded by American artist Christopher Cross.  VH1 named "Sailing" the most "softsational soft rock" song of all time. The song was later identified as an archetype of the style that later became known as yacht rock (Cross and similar artists referred to the style as the West Coast sound at the time).

Spoiler

*  I was 26 at that time. Thanks for the memories, Brother Lee. I feel so ancient. 🙁
