The Hebrew word cushi or kushi is an affectionate term generally used in the Bible to refer to a dark-skinned person of African descent.

If you wish to know what The Wiggles sounded like before, three of the founding members were associated with a band called The Cockroaches, Anthony Fields (guitar and vocals) and Jeff Fatt (keyboards) were band members and Greg page was a roadie for them.

Sons of Beaches album by Aussie Crawl was one of the first cassettes I ever bought (along with The Angels "Dark Room" album cassette at the same time).

 

Everytime I play Aussie Crawl, it takes me back to the early 80's as a kid and beaches at the time.

 

Here are a few songs from that album
