I thought this was a funny video.

I like this song and video too. I wanted to post it but there’s a reference to drugs in it. The rapper says:

“ridin’ on a tractor

Lean all in my bladder”

lean is a drink, a downer/street drug that is real popular amongst the hip hop community.

he follows that up by saying:

”cheated on my baby

You can go and ask her”.

Trust me, I’m not picking on you. Just figured you probably weren’t aware of it. I know I’ve posted some songs that I later regretted myself :)

Another great singer, it's sad she committed suicide in 1996.

That’s so sad she committed suicide. Before you posted this, I didn’t know who she was. I read that she suffered from depression. I pray she gets resurrected to sing another day 🙂

I love the lyrics to this song. Here’s the version by Etta James that I posted.

I love that song - and also its message

Thanks for posting. I’ve never heard this cover/version of the song.

This theme (as well as the movie!) really moves me to tears time after time.

I think the expression "bittersweet" can be defined with this piece of music

Such beautiful music!

Les Choristes is a 2004 French drama film. A rather predictable story line but nevertheless a firm favorite of mine. Beautiful music sung by angelic voices.

Daydream -

Scientists have discovered that daydreaming is an important tool for creativity. It causes a rush of activity in a circuit, which connects different parts of the brain and allows the mind to make new associations.

I didn’t hear that, to be honest with you I need to listen better to the words of the songs,  it the music/beat/instruments that gets me going most of the time. As you can tell I love, loves songs, I came up in the 60’s & 70’s, lots of love songs back then :) .

I don’t want to stumble anyone, I’ll try to do better in the future, good looking out.
