Ruko failed

I tried to watch the video (on our home TV)  called “What is true love” using my Roku USB stick to stream the video to prepare for the midweek meeting and this message came up: Erorr .... 

please see the image. 

The Roku stick shows others chanels but not JW.ORG does anyone know if Roku has stopped connecting the JW data? Or whats the issue?

I think that may mean too many people were trying to access the video at one time, so there was a bandwidth issue. Have you tried it since then?

I tried all day, now is 00:19am in UK and even now it doesn’t work. So we had to watch it on the iPad instead but what you said seems very logical though.

Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) may have had some equipment issues.  We have gone a couple days at a time with outages over the years.

Well, if you can access the video with a different device using the same Internet connection, it isn't a bandwidth issue.

Who knows maybe Roku stopped cooperating with JW.ORG? :(( Lets hope its a temporary issue and will be sorted out shortly.

I just tried it with our roku and it worked just fine 

 

So it's not roku or the organization 

 

Must be some other issue

Not directly related by there have been like 50 new registrations to JWTalk in the last two days, mostly to download the transcript for the video, so it makes sense that there are too many people watching it at Roku.

 

Of course, I haven't had the time to approve all those registrations. On the other hand, the transcript can be downloaded without being a member.
