I thought the image of planet earth at the end of the video was somewhat telling:

 

Even worldly people can see we have serious problems. Some even admit that the authorities and politicians do not have the know-how to handle it. So, how is it people we meet at the doors still don't think we need God's intervention?

So who is “ destroying the earth”? We can claim it’s some “ other” but the reality is that everyone must eat to survive and the current means of food production is dependent upon the internal combustion engine.  Many lands cannot produce enough to feed their own population. So, the way I see it , unless the definition of “!ruin” is carefully parsed, we are all of us “ ruining the earth “.

Yes Brother David the moment we use a car, buy something made in a factory, or eat processed food, whether naturally processed or industrially processed we contribute to the using of resources on the planet. Jehovah though has natural counter measures in place, or had, like the trees, the oceans, man's greed is what is destroying the lungs of the earth and now the heart. While we are indeed in subjection to the system we live in - there is much we can do as individuals do decrease our own negative impacts on the earth. But, yes we are part of mankind who is destroying the earth - none are blameless, and if it wasn't for Jesus' sacrifice we would not be part of those who will be putting it all right.
