I'm from Midlands.. Not Bradford.. But couldn't help noticing.. 🇨🇭 Switzerland is a fair jump from there! 

 

One of our elders and his wife went to SKE and was assigned to Leeds! But a million miles away

I haven't heard of SKE ...A lot of people mistake Switzerland and Sweden. Switzerland is bordered by France Germany and Italy and at the moment very hot.... 40º today luckily we live very near a fresh water lake. Pic is our granddaughter s when they were at the beach with us.

I am originally from Normanton, near Wakefield, in GOC. (GOC = God's Own Country).

I now live in London, but still retain my accent!

Well my husband is Swiss and we met when he was on business in Bradford... I do miss the English mentality though, Switzerland is beautiful, but the people are so unfriendly 😃

Thank you, I only know the French version and I've never been good with abbreviations, I feel for Brother Herd

No, but my future father in law is from Sheffield, Yorkshire, and I spent 3 months with that family, in Fleetwood Lancashire.

Loved driving around the UK. Thought the ‘off-side’ driving would throw me off, but it only did a couple times. Fortunately not at any critical points. Loved it all. Great congregation near Southampton. Too long ago, 1998.
