JW library glitch

Hi, 

We've just sat and done our watchtower Pre-study for this week (Poor hubby has lost his voice, so used the app to read this week), but every time it would read a paragraph, this message pops up. I'd rather avoid having to get rid of the app and redownloading as I've got a lot on the app, so any advice please? I'm not a techy! 😂

I'm in the same boat. Have noticed this for months on my Galaxy Note 8. It only happens when I play audio files. I, too, am reluctant to reinstall (plus I tried it a long time ago and it didn't work). I'm hoping a coming update will fix it. For now, I use Poweramp to listen to music.

Same here. It happens when I play audio files. It appears that the three of us use Samsung products...

Mine are downloaded. I have been waiting for an update to the app so I really hadn't paid much attention to the problem, however I think I will experiment a little. I wonder if it's a problem with the SD card the files are on, so I plan to download several audio files directly to the device and see if the problem still exists.
