Hi. Hope I'm going about this the right way. Born before 2nd WW. New ipad air arrived today. Most of it set up. Why am I being asked for password and useer name befor I can download and insall Jw.org? No such prob with library download. Thanks in advance.

Hi Brother  Nigel ... Jw.org is an online site, doesn't need installing onto our tablets - or are you asking about the downloads from jw.org? Like videos and magazines etc?

I was thinking the same as Mandi, above. When you ask about downloading & installing "Jw.org", what are you referring to? If you're a tad more specific, maybe we could help out.

It's about using the apple store to install jw library I guess? You need an account to download and install apps

Hi. I thought i was being specific.  Local brother arriving later today to help. What I did discover its possible to click on the Jw.org symbol but its only there for the time the ipad is on that. I guess you know that though. Thank all for prompt reply and please bear with me and my initiation into the world of Ipad Air,
