Does anyone know how to connect remotely with skills to fix/update/help my laptop???

Does anyone know how to tune up my laptop...connecting remotely?  Do you do this professionally or as a side business?  I need help but don't know anyone locally who does this kind of work.  

 

I'm willing to pay for help...I just can't do this anymore with my present condition.

My computer has been fixed.  Thanks to the ones who responded.  I appreciate the brotherhood and the willing spirit to help those of us in need.  My old computer is working fine now.
