Schedules for the meeting

Hello, 

 

I'm looking for a solution for our congregation. We want to have this virtual information table on Google drive shared for all the congregation to view. Also the elders would enter their the parts for the meetings. 

 

Our aim is everything to be on one Google sheet so when you open for the week, everything would be easy to see. 

 

Do you have experience with this scenario? What kind of programs do you use?

We use TheocBase and I was wondering if there is a way to import the ready schedule in th Google Sheet? do you have some ideas?

Elders are preparing everything in Google Sheets directly.

Then a pdf file is exported in a folder called "Tableau d'affichage" (Notice board? you know the board in the wall in the back of the KH where everything is shown ?  ) and everybody has access to it with their smartphone.

We use Dropbox. Consider this option, works well so far.

We also use Dropbox - all in congregation can view it.

I use Padlet because it shows a thumbnail version so you can easily see what you are about to open. And it does it in a similar format as what you would see on the information board. Its more of a visual experience.
