BA/Moodle/Microsoft question

Recommended Posts

So, there is this safety orientation course I have to complete for LDC. It is on moodle(? never heard of it before) .

When I click the link on the BA it takes me to microsoft sign in. It keeps saying I'm signed it. And when I click on the

signed in profile, it just keeps refreshing the page. Sometimes it asks me to sign in, but when I fill in the info and

click enter, it just refreshes and keeps asking me to sign in again (but underneath the email name it says I'm already signed in)

One time it went through, but it just took me to a microsoft homepage and I couldn't see anything JW related.

I'm so frustrated!!

Does anyone know what I'm talking about and what the issue could be?

Use your jwpub.org email address.

I keep getting the "no user token" message, but they are working on it.

Thank you. I always tried with the email that's associated with my account, not the jwpub one.

So when I used the jwpub email I got this message:

"The existing token for this user does not contain a valid user ID. Please contact your administrator."

Good to know they're working on it.

I have heard that a lot of volunteers are getting that message. I check the site once a week and I am still getting that error message.

There is a lot of ongoing merger efforts between BA and JW.ORG.  Many of us have been contacted about updating our BA profiles and so on.

I had heard that 365 was being phased out and everything was being migrated into BA which is now integrated with jw.org. So I assume the User Token issue is because of migration and integration of profiles and training records.
