I've used the khconf app, but what is relay.khconf.com for exactly?

Its is a new feature they added Nov 2, called Low Bandwidth.

Here's what it says from KHCONF

The Account Settings section of KHCONF has an additional tab called Low Bandwidth. This feature is for less advantaged areas where 2G cell phones or costly cell plans pervade. The settings facilitate broadcasting an audio stream exclusively to a Listener Link web URL. Programs such as B.roadcast U.sing T.his T.ool are used to source the stream. Apple TV, Roku, traditional telephone, and KHCONF mobile apps are not supported. The Help link on KHCONF has additional details.

Apple TV, Roku,

On another note, I really wish we could watch our meetings live on a Roku or other smart TV. I know if you have a Mac or Apple device you can airplay Zoom to your Roku or Apple TV; but it would be so much nicer to have a Zoom app, or even just a listening app like khconf, for smart TVs.

Our meetings are on KHConf through the Roku app live ... Zoom can stream to Roku.

Can you explain that?

We use the Branch Zoom Acct. We also have KHConf (now owned by the Branch). When our meetings are connected to Zoom, they are tied in to stream to KHConf.

Those at home watching on the KHConf app (Roku has the app) can receive the meeting at the same time as those of us on Zoom are receiving it. They cannot comment, only watch the meeting live.

It should be noted that "credentials" are needed to log into the Roku meeting. These are provided by the Congregation and should only be needed the first time you connect to the Roku KHConf app. You enter your login name, number listening at your location and the "token" provided by the Congregation (this is assigned to you by the Sec or COBE) and received by email.

Here are a couple of videos that describe the process
