Civil unrest over the presidential election?

As I understand it - if they confirm the impeachment it will accomplish several things

• He will no longer get the $240,000 a year that ex-presidents get for life
• He will no longer receive Secret Service protection at the expense of the taxpayers
• He will never be able to hold political office again, Federal, State or Local
• It will remove the protection against civil lawsuits provided to ex-presidents

It just goes to show that even if you are the most famous person in the world at some point, it doesn't mean everyone will like you. Why chase fame and power?

 

I think its highly unlikely his fellow members of the republican party vote to impeach him, but still I wish the Democrats would stop it. Its just pettiness over their loss in 2016. Their will never be unity in this system.
