JW Library for Windows in a Dark Theme

I'm trying to change WTLibrary to dark mode but after trying all the suggestions I found, it isn't working. Some of the options I'm told to look for, such as General>Settings>Accessibility aren't there.

What operating system are you using and what digital device?

I am using Windows 10 and a desktop PC (and Chrome).

 

I use the Windows "Magnifyer" app and set the accessibility for "invert color".

Br. Hess, I'm having a problem finding the Windows Magnifier. I have Windows 10, Chrome and Dell PC. Is it on the Google page? I've tried all the apps and dots and other things to click on and none of them have the options Magnifier or Accessibility...I have the app called Dark Reader but it doesn't seem to work on WTL...

Go to the "Start" button. Open the list of programs.  Go all the way to the end in the section marked "W" and look in Windows Ease of Access.  When you open it, the Magnifier is the first item.
