Library on DVD

I have continued to use the DVD version of the library on occassion because it goes further back than the WOL. This time, it said that it could NOT get the update.

So the question: Has DVD support ended?

How old is your DVD?

Mine did an automatic update 5 days ago.  no problems.

If the DVD is old enough - it does not do automatic updates.

This is a good reminder.  Only DVDs from 2017 or later are usable..  I just noticed this as a reminder yesterday when I went over the "approved for discard" form.  It lists the publications to be discarded or destroyed.  It said to keep only 2017 Watchtower library DVDs or later.  I do not believe our organization made any WTL DVDs after 2017.  You can download ISO files from the JW.ORG website to reinstall.

Thank you, everyone. My DVD was from 2016, so I am sure that it the problem. Am downloading right now.
